The Company continues to emphasize the training aspect of its operations by scheduling regular training meetings or seminars for the adjusters and examiners handling claims for various clients. These in-person mandatory training meetings may occur each month or quarterly depending on the needs of the client and the volume and complexity of the client’s claims.
Each year during the spring, Allied American also hosts a large training conference typically in Tampa, FL where we interview and train adjusters who come from all over the United States. This two day meeting provides an excellent venue for in-depth adjuster training on all procedures and processes. Client representatives are also invited by the Company to attend and have an opportunity to socialize and meet and visit with adjusters who may work on their files. Many of the Company’s clients also send a speaker who conducts a class or seminar during the training meeting for the adjusters assigned to their files where new or important information about the carrier’s policies or procedures is discussed and reviewed.
Additionally, at various training meetings held by the Company throughout the year we offer CEU credit training for specific cause of loss and repair scenarios hosted by outside experts including: water loss, stove top fires, unique fire and investigation procedures, wind vs wave, roof damage, floor and tile systems/problems and failures, residential and commercial contents, flood damage, textile restoration, recorded statements, current industry trend topics, subrogation basics, and Xactimate Training.
