Clarke Gibson - Senior Vice President of Claims

Clarke joined Allied American in 2003 and has thirty-five (35) years of multi-line independent and staff adjusting experience, including management of daily and catastrophe claims processing. Prior to joining Allied American, Clarke contributed 25 years to Allstate Insurance Company and was a part of the Rotational Development Program (RDP) exposing him to all aspects of insurance processes. After Allstate, Clarke was Assistant Vice-President of Claims for Insurance Management Solutions Group / Bankers Insurance Company, leading the auto, property and Catastrophe divisions.

Clarke is an active member in PCCP, WCCA, and an associate member of the SE Claim Executives Association. He is NFIP Certified, and has experience in AYO and WYO claim processing.

Ben Fulle - Regional Vice President for Allied American’s Florida Region

Ben joined Allied American in 2005. He has twenty-seven (27) years of varied corporate insurance experience. During his tenure with Allstate, he managed several policy operations and was responsible for auto, property and customer service processes. Ben joined Bankers Insurance Group in the mid 80’s, the second largest WYO Flood carrier in the nation, and the largest AYO Property carrier and JUA auto carrier in the state of Florida. He was involved in creating and building policies, underwriting and policy processing, sales and marketing, claim examining and field adjusting, Catastrophe Operations Management and Information Technologies project implementations.

Ben is a licensed Florida Property and Casualty agent, NFIP Certified for residential and commercial, and a member of PCCP, and WCCA.

Cathy Thomas-Fulle – Florida Office Operations Manager/Regional Staff Adjuster

Cathy Fulle is the St Petersburg office manager and Regional Staff Adjuster. Joining the company in 2004, Cathy brings more than 25 years of insurance experience including both the agency and company side of policy operations, sales, and compliance. Cathy, a Bankers Insurance Company alumnus managed Homeowner and Flood policy administration and processing from start ups to refined operations. Cathy was the Compliance Coordinator for Bankers as they became the second largest Write Your Own (WYO) flood carrier in the nation. She was the company liaison to the NFIP and FRPCJUA/Citizens programs coordinating new directives and quality.

Cathy is a licensed Florida Property and Casualty Agent, a licensed 5-20 Independent adjuster, is NFIP certified and is a member of the Insurance Women of America Organization, WCCA and PCCP.
